In response to these problems, Moral AI has developed an LLM-based platform to provide more accurate and timely solutions.

Our platform leverages structured and unstructured data (like PDF/word) from previously accumulated complaints and manufacturing anomaly records, along with production, design, and testing reports. These data are converted into a structured format through a reading process, and are integrated with past email correspondence related to similar issues. Therefore, with the assistance of the LLM platform, our clients are able to process historical data for similar problems and access solutions, thus improving efficiency and accuracy in addressing manufacturing anomalies and customer complaints.
